Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Cécred ritual, but if a product doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns on gently used items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a flat return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all caps are tightened to prevent leakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
